2. User Responsibilities
Accuracy: You agree to provide true and accurate information regarding your posting and designation.
Conduct: You will not use the contact details of other teachers for spam, harassment, or any purpose other than discussing mutual transfers.
3. The Matching Service :
Information Only: Apna Transfer is an information aggregator. We provide data based on user inputs.
Tokens: Users must purchase a membership/tokens to view the contact numbers of potential matches.
Connection: We provide the connection; we do not manage the official government paperwork.
4. Limitation of Liability Apna Transfer is not responsible for:
The behavior or conduct of any user you connect with.
The refusal of the Basic Shiksha Parishad or any government body to accept your mutual transfer application.
Any incorrect data entered by other users.
5. Termination We reserve the right to ban any user found posting fake profiles or harassing other teachers, without a refund of their remaining tokens.
6. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
