1. Nature of Services Apna Transfer offers digital services (Membership Plans and Tokens) that provide access to a database of potential mutual transfer partners.
2. No Refund Policy All purchases made on Apna Transfer (including Gold and Platinum plans) are 100% Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
Once a payment is processed and Tokens/Credits are added to your account, the service is considered "consumed."
We do not offer refunds if:
You do not find a suitable mutual transfer partner.
You change your mind after purchasing.
The transfer process is halted by government authorities.
3. Token Usage: Tokens are used solely to "unlock" or "view" the contact details of other teachers. Tokens hold no monetary value outside of the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Dispute Resolution In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., money deducted but Plan/Tokens not credited), please contact info@apnatransfer.in within 48 hours with your transaction ID. We will investigate and credit the account if the error is verified.
